The similarities and differences of the multi-generation workforce

Workplace expectations: 73 per cent of Gen Z respondents believe their future employer will cater to their needs, opposed to only 48 per cent of the other three generations.

Working style: Face-to-face communication, while still the most preferred method across every cohort, is in generational decline.

Impact of Generation Z: Gen Z has a higher expectation of its own positive impact on the workplace, with 65 per cent believing they will bring new ways of working and 61 per cent an openness to new ideas and fresh thinking.
